Fixing the Error

• In the Control Panel go to > System & Security > System > Advanced System Settings.
• Click ‘Environment Variables’
• In the System Variables select variable ‘Path’ and click ‘Edit’.
• In the Variable Value Tab enter the text “C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\Bin  (32-bit Operating System)”
• Click ‘Ok’
• Save Changes and start printing.

Sage 100 Installation Issue – Error 1904

Fixing Error 1904:

• Search system for crypocmez.dll. Files.
• Rename all these files with .org extension.

(Note: do not rename the files in the sub directories of C :)

• Install Crystal Reports runtime.
• Rename all the files back to .dll extension.
• The issue will be resolved.
