  • For printing, the forms click on Select My Own Options. 
  • Select the forms you wish to print
  • Click on NEXT
  • Check for the selections done on the previous page and click on NEXT
  • Select your preferred option for divider sheets.
  • Click on NEXT
  • Navigate to Review Data and click on NEXT. 
  • According to the selections made by you, the following windows will appear. 
  • Go to the Employee W2 Form and click on Print Final
  • Ensure that the form has been fed to the Printer
  • Click on OK
  • Click on Next Step to print the next form
  • Now click on State W-2 that comes up on the screen
