If the Sage Software is Installed Both on the Server and the Workstations
Sage 50 will run on two basic types of networks: peer-to-peer and client/server.
Check if all the Components of the MS .NET Framework are in Order.
🔹 Browse to the installation folder
🔹 Click on the Prerequisites directory.
🔹 Now run the MS .NET 64 installation if your workstation is running on a 64 bit Operating System
Install the Workstation Setup Again
🔹 Go to Add or Remove programs
🔹 Uninstall the workstation setup.
🔹 Click on Yes. All the DLL files will be removed from the registry.
🔹 Now log in as Admin. You may also access it remotely if you have installed the set up on the Terminal Server/Citrix
🔹 Finally, go to the Add or Remove Programs and install the workstation client.
Manually Register the Following DLL Files
🔹 C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bin\CRDesignerCtrl.dll
🔹 C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\crystalreportviewer115\ActiveXContols\CRViewer.dll.
🔹 Check if you are still getting the error. If so, uninstall and reinstall the Crystal Reports
If the Sage 2018 Standard Version is Installed on the Server
🔹 Install the Sage 2018 software on the workstation of the user
🔹 Print now and check if the error still exists
